veera johnson – founder and managing partner

Veera is an accomplished business leader.  She is respected across a number of fields and has been professionally recognised through industry awards and in the media.

Veera has held a number of senior and executive positions in the worlds of finance, TMT and management consulting. Veera is probably best known as the founder and CEO of Procserve, a specialist eCommerce solutions provider that was successfully sold to Basware in 2015.

Prior to Johnson Capital Advisory and Procserve, Veera was a Senior Partner at PA Consulting Group where she provided advisory services at board level in the core disciplines of strategy, operations, innovation and leadership development. During her consulting career she worked across a diverse range of organisations in both public and private sectors, nationally and internationally.  This included many high-profile assignments including those in her specialist fields of TMT, economic and urban development.

Most recently Veera has worked with and advised a number of finance and private equity organisations; where she has used her vast experience and personal network to help them develop their portfolio and asset valuations. This led to Veera founding Johnson Capital Advisory.

yue jin tay – partner

Yue Jin has an established corporate career working at the cutting edge of business and technology.  He has been in international leadership roles across the TMT, oil and gas and manufacturing sectors.

He has worked for blue-chip companies including Sony, Compaq, 3Com, Shell and PA Consulting in both commercial and management consulting roles.  For these organisations, he successfully led a number of international programmes in strategy development and delivery, M&A advisory and large scale project delivery.

Prior to Johnson Capital Advisory, Yue Jin worked at Procserve, where he headed up the consulting function, followed by business development.  As one of the founders of Procserve, he was part of the leadership team that took the company from start-up corporate venture through to an established software business.

Originally from Singapore, Yue Jin speaks Mandarin and has also lived and worked in Munich and The Hague. He has recently been appointed the Singapore representative of the ASEAN UK Business Forum which promotes two-way trade and investment between the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the United Kingdom.
